The Mini Mr. Saturn plushie could be found at Japanese arcades in various styled UFO crane games. This was a limited time prize to help promote MOTHER 3 and was manufactured by Banpresto, who also made the Incognito Mr. Saturn Plushie and Giant Mr. Saturn Plushie. These little guys have an elastic string on the top of their heads so they could be attached to a cell phone.
