Laurah is terrified, something in her mind screaming out just how wrong this whole scene is. The Masked Man is about to plunge his blade through Lucas's heart, but before he can deal the killing blow, a voice in his head tells him to stop, causing him to hesitate. But, he just disregards it and prepares to strike again. ~~~~~ Hmmm.... meh, nothing to say about this page. Although I think I got the look of "OHDEARGODIMGONNADIE" in Lucas's eye on panel 2... I think I'm good with facial expressions... |

The Masked Man thrusts his blade forward, but before it can cut through Lucas's heart, the voice calls out to him again, telling him that he is not just a Masked Man... the voice tells him that he is her son... the brother to the boy he was about to kill... he is someone named... Claus. The Pigmasks wonder what's ailing their Commander. Why is he stalling? Why doesn't he just hurry up and dispose of the adversary? Laurah uncovers her eyes, shocked by this turn of events. The Masked Man is suddenly finding himself full of emotions, tears beginning to fall. ------- AND I JUST REALIZED I FORGOT THE SCARS ON HIS EYES. D'OH! For those who haven't figured it out yet somehow, the voice is Hinawa's spirit. |

Kumatora, not wanting to see Lucas killed by the Masked Man, rushes forward, ignoring Duster's protests, and kicks the Masked Man in the head. ---- AIN'T THAT A KICK IN THE HEAD?! *shot* I hope the art on this page is better than the shoddy illustration of Page 29. Not trying to put myself down, I think I just rushed Page 29 and it wasnt as good as it could be... For those wondering, Kumatora is not much older than Lucas in my fan story. (I tend to take alot of creative liberties in my fan stories, I mean they're not canon anyway.) |
